The young man waiter took more than 15minutes to attend to us. The restaurant had very few people and only downstairs open.

I specifically requested cutlery for take away cakes ..the lady said she had put only to get to where i was headed to find NO CUTLERY🤷🏻‍♀️no napkin...nothing!

tea not hot , samosas came when i had almost finished my tea ( priority wrong, should be served together), had to look for waiter to i.e. had to go downstairs...

The chicken has chili yet I wasn’t offered the option to choose. Then, the packaging did not include ketchup and salt. Dismal!

Service was unusually exceptionally slow I waited at least 20 minutes before being attended to I literally had to go give me order at the counter The billing was slow I had to get it myself Overall lack of professional touch in the teams communication & coordination within themselves

Found the cashier busy with some receipts (looks like she was reconciling or something) so didn't get prompt service or proper attention. Took longer than necessary. She was so engrossed she got the order wrong and I kept asking for the bill, never got the correct one. So I just did my own calculations, paid and left.

The linguine dishes with spinach is a big no. The spinach is sour not cooked.

Your Cardamon tea is not of great quality. You really need to improve on that. Also my friend was un able to drink your white coffee. It is so sour that the sugar can't stir well
